Mayali Mulil Festival 2025 - dates TBA

Mayali Mulil Festival is an on Country gathering on Murumburr Country in the heart of Kakadu National Park. Everyone is welcome to this unique experience to share in one of the worlds’ oldest living cultures with live music, cultural activities, workshops, art and bushtucker. Come for the day or camp under the stars with us in one of the Territory’s most unique and intimate cultural festivals.

Sample itinerary

Day one

• Campers welcome to check in from 4pm
• 6.30pm Welcome to Country
• 7pm Family slideshow
• Food stalls on-site for all meal purchases

Day two

• Gates open 7am for day visitors
• Free and paid cultural activities available throughout the day - weaving, guided walks, bushtucker
• Song writing and music session with Dr Shellie Morris
• Dinner Show entertainment 
• Food stalls on-site for all meal purchases

Camper check out 11am.

Food available for purchase all weekend. All food and sale items can be purchased by cash, eftpos is unreliable but may work.

Some Workshops are paid on-site to Dingo Cockatoo.
